In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and use the pt789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

pt789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pt789 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Registration on the pt789 Platform constitutes a binding agreement between the Player and pt789 subject to these Terms & Conditions. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one pt789 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. These details must match the identification documents you submit during KYC verification.
3. pt789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pt789 is not liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party data feed interruptions, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or internet infrastructure failures.

pt789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
